The project consists of the renovation of a house located in an emblematic building in the center of Granada, the Cervantes building. The solution adopted arises from the multiplicity of customer needs and seeks to transform a traditional distribution of a home with small dependencies into a spatial sequence that does not renounce to the functionality of the spaces.
The intervention is articulated from the detail, using the furniture as the main architectural element that configures the space. The two objectives pursued are: the use of natural light and constructive precision.
The warmth of the natural oak combined with neutral tones, together with the harmonic lighting distribution, is manifested throughout the home by establishing the guiding thread.
